Notes: Members of the tribe were classified in two subfamilies. The genera Calyptocephala Chevrolat, 1837 and Spilophora Boheman, 1850 were traditionally classified within Cassidinae, and the genus Oediopalpa Baly, 1858 within Hispinae. Staines (2002) synonymized Oediopalpini with Silophorini. In our manual only two genera traditionally placed in Cassidinae of old sense have been included.
